Shipping Policy
Pestly can ship to all states in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii! If you are shipping to a APO/FPO/DPO address, please email us at support@pestly.co to place your order. We are not able to ship to international addresses at this time. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any order at our sole discretion. If we refuse a shipment, a refund will be initiated in full.
Shipping delivery estimates are suggestions but not guarantees. Once the package has been given to the shipping partner, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or chosen shipping speed. Please be sure to select an appropriate shipping speed at checkout, as after an order is placed we may not be able to make changes to the address or selected shipping speed.
We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding holidays and weekends. We appreciate your patience, and are available at support@pestly.co to answer any questions you may have. Thank you!
